Start your evening with a glass of chilled Ayala champagne alongside loch Lomond smoked salmon and cream cheese bellini

Followed by a chargrilled Welsh fillet steak and fresh lobster from the East coast of Scotland, served in a homemade Thermador sauce with a peppery rocket salad and shoestring fries

1/2 Lobster and an 8oz fillet steak
